How are the meals delivered and do they stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs. This ensures your food stays at refrigerated temperatures during transit until it reaches your doorstep.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our packaging is designed to keep meals cold for up to 48 hours. We recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as you are able to retrieve the package.
How do I heat my Fuel Meals?
Simply vent the film and microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can also heat them in the oven by transferring the food to an oven-safe dish and heating at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can skip a delivery, pause your account, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard before your weekly order cutoff.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
